KNIFE BLADE MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL
Knife blade is made of martensitic stainless steel (AISI 420) appreciated for its high strength and resistance to corrosion. Increased carbon content ensures optimal hardness value, 53 Rockwell.

WHEAT FIBRE HANDLE
Ergonomic handle made of organic wheat fibre is nice to touch – this makes Weizen knives very easy in use and absolutely friendly for environment.
