SAFE FOOD-GRADE SILICONE
The mat is manufactured from safe food-grade silicone which may be used at temperatures from -25 to +230ºC. This material does not contain harmful substances and does not release any smell at high temperature.
PASTRY DOES NOT STICK
When the mat is used to roll out the pastry, due to silicone properties you may avoid pastry sticking to the surface with minimum use of the flour. Pastry does not slip or tear.
NON-STICK PROPERTIES OF SILICONE
RINGEL Silicone mat with thickness 0,92 cm may be reliably used in the oven instead of parchment paper. It does not need additional lubrication with oil, just put your silicone mat on the bottom and put on it the meal for baking. In addition, you save time for washing of baking plate.
If silicone mat is used, it is not recommended to use in process of cooking the sharp metal utensils in order to prevent mat damage. Silicone mat does not require any special care, just wash its surface with warm water and leave it to dry on the flat surface.
