The body of BESSER series of Ringel knives is made of stainless steel according to one-piece casting technology. These knives have regular geometry; they are well-balanced. Additional satin polishing of the handle.

Knife blade is made of martensitic stainless steel (AISI 420) appreciated for its high strength and resistance to corrosion. Increased carbon content ensures optimal hardness value, 53 Rockwell.
